All free ground shipping will be done via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. HansenSurf.com reserves the right to ship either way.

Orders may be subject to oversize charges. If this occurs you will be contacted by HansenSurf.com with these extra charges. We will not ship the order until the extra shipping charges have been authorized. You may also notice extra shipping charges on certain products being ordered and this is because the product is oversize and additional shipping is required to ship the product.  All Hawaii orders over 1 pound will have extra shipping charges that will not show on your confirmation email.  Again if this occurs we will contact you with the extra shipping charges.

All international shipping will be done via USPS Global Priority. Please note that all international orders are subject to taxes and tariffs and HansenSurf.com is not responsible for these charges.

All orders with expedited shipping will be handled first, but please note that orders can take as long as 24 to 72 hours before they are processed. In most cases we will get your order shipped within 24 hours of being placed, but HansenSurf.com is not responsible for delayed orders.
